Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to htmltourl. htmltourl is a tool that turns HTML code or a single HTML file into a shareable online link. By accessing or using htmltourl.com, live.htmltourl.com, or related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

The Service

htmltourl may provide the following features:

• Paste or submit HTML code and preview it in your browser.
• Publish HTML as a public live URL that can be shared with teammates, clients, students, reviewers, or other recipients.
• Serve generated HTML pages with noindex / nofollow defaults to reduce the chance of search engine indexing.
• Keep free generated HTML links online for 3 days by default, with a limited recovery window.
• Let you extend the same original URL through paid plans and remove the htmltourl badge when supported by the selected plan.

htmltourl is designed for quick previews, prototypes, AI-generated HTML sharing, QA tickets, class submissions, and short-term client reviews. It is not a full website hosting platform, long-term archive, private file store, or high-availability production deployment service.

Accounts

Generating a free HTML link usually does not require an account. Some features may require sign-in, including activity pages, billing, payment, restoration, and extension of generated pages.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Activity performed through your account, device, or credentials may be treated as your activity. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

User Content

You retain your rights in the HTML, text, image links, scripts, styles, and other content you submit. To provide the service, you grant htmltourl a necessary, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display, cache, transmit, and host your submitted content.

Generated HTML pages are available through public URLs. Even when a page uses noindex tags, it is not private. Anyone with the link may view, copy, screenshot, or share the page. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, API keys, private data, confidential business information, unauthorized materials, or other sensitive information.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, publish, and share, and you confirm that you have the rights or permissions needed to do so.

Acceptable Use

You may not use htmltourl to:

• Publish, distribute, or host illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, hateful, violent, exploitative, malicious, phishing, or otherwise harmful content.
• Upload or embed code that attacks, scans, interferes with, steals from, or damages devices, networks, or services.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, trade secret, or other rights.
• Impersonate others, mislead visitors, or use generated pages for scams, spam, fake sign-in pages, or credential collection.
• Bypass access limits, usage limits, security controls, payment flows, or recovery mechanisms.
• Harm service stability through abnormal traffic, automated abuse, denial-of-service activity, scraping attacks, or similar behavior.
• Use htmltourl as long-term file distribution, unlawful content storage, SEO spam, a mirror site, or production-grade hosting infrastructure.

Moderation and Removal

We are not required to proactively review all user content, but we may remove, block, restrict, or refuse to restore any page that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, creates a security risk, is subject to a valid complaint, or may harm the service or third-party rights.

If a page is blocked, removed, or expired, the related live URL may no longer be available. For clear abuse, unlawful content, or security risks, we may act without advance notice.

Link Duration and Recovery

Free generated HTML links stay online for 3 days by default. After expiration, the page may enter a limited recovery period. During that period, you may choose a paid plan to restore or extend the same original URL. After the recovery period ends, the page may no longer be restorable, and related content or records may be deleted or made unavailable.

Paid extension plans are governed by the price, duration, and description shown at checkout. An extension usually applies to one specified HTML URL and does not create unlimited hosting or an account-wide plan.

Payments

Some features require payment, such as extending an HTML URL. Payments may be processed by Creem, Stripe, PayPal, or another enabled third-party payment provider.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the relevant payment provider and us to process orders, payment status, invoices, transaction records, and service delivery. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, paid digital services are generally non-refundable once paid and delivered. Prices, currencies, payment methods, and plan contents may change, but valid completed orders will be handled according to the terms displayed at purchase.

Third-Party Services and External Content

Your HTML pages may include third-party images, fonts, scripts, styles, links, or embeds. These external resources are provided by third parties and are not controlled by htmltourl. You are responsible for ensuring that you may use them and for understanding that they may collect visitor information or affect page loading.

htmltourl may also use third-party services for storage, databases, payments, email, authentication, analytics, hosting, and security. Those third parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Service Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data loss. Maintenance, outages, network issues, third-party service problems, security events, abnormal traffic, or events beyond our control may affect the service.

You should keep your own copy of important HTML source files and content. htmltourl should not be your only storage location.

Intellectual Property

The htmltourl website, brand, interface, code, documentation, design, trademarks, and service infrastructure belong to htmltourl or its rights holders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or impersonate the htmltourl service without authorization.

Your user content remains yours or the property of its original rights holders, but you must ensure that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, accuracy of results, legality of generated pages, and availability of third-party resources.

You understand and agree that you use htmltourl and publish content at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, htmltourl and its operators, members, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to reasonably indemnify and protect htmltourl and related persons and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the website or other appropriate means.
